Product
The Product organization designs a seamless mobility experience that maximizes user value by integrating SDV(Software-Defined Vehicle) technologies and autonomous driving services.
The team defines end-to-end product roadmaps for the integrated SDV platform through data-driven market analysis, user experience research (UXR), and a cohesive approach to HMI, UI/UX design, and UX writing. In close collaboration with engineering teams and guided by an agile product philosophy, the organization shapes product experiences where technology naturally integrates into everyday mobility.
The Product & Program Management role drives company-wide strategic execution across SDV development and business initiatives. Grounded in a product-centric approach, it tracks project performance and optimizes key milestones and resources.
Through structured risk management, the role ensures successful project execution while enhancing organization-wide productivity and operational excellence.
- Product Management: Establishes and manages product roadmaps, ensuring integration and alignment across multiple interconnected initiatives.
- Program/Project Management: Leads project planning and execution, performing specialized project management for both tech and business domains.
The Service Architecture role designs resilient architectures that ensure the stability and scalability of SDV-based mobility services. In a cloud-native environment, it defines a core platform architecture built around common modules and API/SDK frameworks, forming the technical backbone of the development ecosystem.
This role enables reliable large-scale traffic handling and zero-downtime operations in global environments, while driving system flexibility and development velocity through microservices architecture (MSA) and DevOps-driven engineering practices.
- Service Architecture: Designs structured system architectures based on business logic to build scalable platforms and flexible service environments.
The Product & Contents role shapes and validates user experiences across SDV and IVI services. By integrating UXR, UI/UX, HMI, and UX writing into a unified framework, it delivers consistent experiences across all contexts, including driving, parking, and mobile environments.
This role ensures optimal usability by bridging technology with user needs, establishing new benchmarks for mobility experiences through data-driven validation.
- UI/UX: Defines UX structure and interaction models for SDV, IVI, and mobile services, and develops design systems and visual interfaces.
- HMI: Designs context-aware HMI (Human-Machine Interface) scenarios and information architecture across driving conditions, ensuring safe, clear, and intuitive in-vehicle displays.
- UX Writing: Establishes a consistent tone and content system across multilingual environments, optimizing in-vehicle and mobile text to enhance clarity and usability.
- Content Management: Lays out strategies for service content planning, production, and lifecycle management to deliver meaningful user value across services.
